Product Strategy

McDonald's product have the adaptation strategy for appropriate with the target market or the customer in the each countries. In the each market will have standardization of products. This is the important strategy of McDonald. Moreover, McDonald change brand personality from children to early adult because the customer's group grow up but McDonald remaim as ever. They must adjust brand personality for keeping the customer.

Value Added Product

McDonald have various product line and they have Value added product strategy for satisfaction of customer's needs such as Mcdonald's premium. Some customer especially children comsume the food because they want the McDonald's premium. it is stimulation the circulation.
