Refection

Eng-380 wasn’t just only classroom. But also it was very very very realy classroom. We weren’t study only the theory in book. But we learned with the real practice and experience for the various
activities.

The study in this class, we should learning both in-class and out-class. But it wasn’t seriously. I feel amusement with the activities in-class for example role pay, impromptu interview, advertising etc. Moreover, the student must to create Blog by oneself. The student might choose one of business to study and makes this case study in Blog of oneself. I chose “McDonald” famous fast food business for case study. This work, we might be study hard about information. Although, I had the background in business but it wasn’t easy to do. The more tiredness bring about the more knowledge. Then, I finished my Blog. I am very so pound. I have more knowledge about the important strategy and key of successful of the great business like McDonald.

McDonald adds brand’s acknowledgement and services of brand via advertising in TV, Radio, Magazine, Newspaper, Website etc. Moreover, they have sale promotions for adding value brand ex. the premium, club card for the member, discount etc. McDonald try to build brand personality via staff’s service, atmosphere in-shop and cleanliness for brand-awareness and customer’s loyalty. Absolutely, the clever promotion strategy brings about the successful in now.

McDonald has various channels for Advertising for reaching the target group. Many Ads have one specific target consumer and the target character is designed accordingly. It is possible, however, for one commercial to address many target consumers and still achieve identification. They uses the systems for making quality product and seed for the customer are satisfaction via every service channal in term of in-shop and delivery to customer's house. It makes the customer to have royalty to brand. It brings about growing of brand which is lasing.


  • They have willingness to innovat,even while striving to achieve consistency in the operation of its many outlets for example Extra value meal, the breakfast menu, Happy menu, happy meal, the premium. All of example of how the company try to attract to a wider range of the customer. McDonald have various manu for appropriate with the life style of the customer.

McDonald's logo merged the two arches to outline the famed "M" identified globally. McDonald's logo have a simple golden color "M" which reflect the name of the food chain. Two prominent shades, golden and red were representative of its bold nature. Golden color was employee to color the two arches. the red color was utilized to fill the background of the prominent of McDonald's Logo. Boldness, power, strong corporate image were truly reflect by using of two confident colors.
